The Reason I Write

"Everybody has a secret world inside of them. All of the people of the world, I mean everybody. No matter how dull and boring they are on the outside, inside them they've all got unimaginable, magnificent, wonderful, stupid, amazing worlds. Not just one world. Hundreds of them. Thousands maybe."

Sir James

I have recently been watching to see how much other bloggers revile about their stories on their blogs and have come to a decision. I will share things that are not part of my story plot, such as characters, and maybe even small parts of my story that don't revile anything important.

With that said, here is.....

Sir James!

(Actor - Jeremy Irons)
Age - 47

Description - Tall and lean. He is not broad as most warriors, but is still just as lethal. Badly cut gray hair that stands slightly on end, and a grizzled gray beard, framing a rather stern mouth. His eyes are dark brown, steady and unflinching. Despite his age, there is a spring in his step, and a powerful energy about him that speaks of his many hours on the practice field.

Character - Strong, quiet & wise

Personality - Grim, serious, and can often appear grumpy

Family Background - (Haven't figured that out yet)

Spouse - He had a wife when he was much younger, but she died (I have yet to figure out how)

Children - Had a daughter (died the same time as wife)

Place in story Plot - He is Evelyn (my main character's) mentor. He is also a former knight, now in exile for refusing to bow to a usurper King.

I love Sir James. For those of you who have read the Ranger's Apprentice series By John Flanagan, you can simply imagine him with the same personality as Halt. Grim but lovable.
